This is the 2nd environment for my Virtual Environment class. The style was aiming for something like the Division - post-apocalypse. I even wrote a whole background story cut from the Divison just for inspiration.
The girl is created from MakeHuman, re-UVed in Blender, and re-textured in Substance Painter.
Every single texture here is created in Substance Painter. I used the base material and adding more layers over it to create the wetness and the overhaul aesthetic. I also use custom shaders created in Amplify Shader to animate the raindrops and the flashing red light in the background.
